He found his place behind the camera as director and cameraman of running footage.  Bill says, “It’s all about the light,” when shooting his spots.
He constantly pushes the boundaries of "running" visuals, thus catching the eye of such clients as Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar and Volvo.
